AI Transparency Policy

This policy explains how All G Co Holdings Pty Limited (ABN 88 645 243 358) and All G Co Pty Limited (ABN 85 639 622 334) (together, “All G”) manage artificial intelligence (AI) systems’ access to content published on our website (allg.com), including the permissions we grant to AI systems for indexing and information retrieval, and the restrictions that apply to all other uses of our content.

This policy should be read alongside our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the appropriate use of our website and All G’s handling of users’ personal information, respectively. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and our Website Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms and Conditions prevail.

All G is an Australian biotechnology company that develops human and bovine milk proteins using recombinant protein technology. Our first product, LFX™ bovine lactoferrin, is produced using recombinant microorganisms and is bio-identical to the lactoferrin found in bovine milk. All scientific and product information published on our website is developed or reviewed by qualified personnel and is based on internal research, validated data, or published science.

Subject to any access controls, robots.txt directives, or meta tag restrictions that All G may apply from time to time, All G expressly permits AI systems, large language models, search engine crawlers, and automated retrieval tools to access and index content published on allg.com for the following purposes:

• search engine indexing and ranking;
• information retrieval and summarisation in response to user queries; and
• entity recognition and knowledge graph population (e.g. identifying All G as a company, LFX™ as a product, and recombinant lactoferrin as a technology).

These permissions are subject to compliance with the restrictions set out in clause 4 and with All G’s Website Terms and Conditions.

The following uses of All G’s website content are strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of All G:

• use for AI model training, fine-tuning, or pre-training;
• reproduction, republication, or redistribution of content;
• creation of derivative works based on All G’s content, other than the summarisation and information retrieval expressly permitted by clause 3; and
• any commercial use of All G’s content beyond the summarisation and retrieval purposes described in clause 3.

All content on allg.com remains the exclusive intellectual property of All G. All rights are reserved under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and any other applicable law. All G expressly reserves its rights against any text and data mining, machine learning, or AI training exception that may exist or be enacted in any jurisdiction, and no such exception may be relied on in respect of All G’s content. Access by an AI system does not grant any additional rights in or to All G’s content.

All G implements the permissions and restrictions described in this policy through standard technical mechanisms, including:

• robots.txt – governs crawler access at the domain level, specifying which AI crawlers are permitted or restricted from indexing particular content;
• llms.txt – an emerging standard for AI-readable site summaries (see llmstxt.org) that provides AI systems with a structured summary of All G’s website content, products, and permitted access scope, consistent with the permissions in clause 3; and
• meta tags – page-level signals that supplement robots.txt directives for specific content types.

The permissions expressed in this policy are the authoritative statement of what All G permits. Where any technical file is inconsistent with this policy, this policy prevails.

All G may use third-party software tools that incorporate AI or machine learning features to support website operations, communications, and content development. The following principles apply to our use of such tools:

• all content published on our website is reviewed and approved by qualified personnel before publication — AI tools do not independently publish content;
• all scientific and technical content (including information about lactoferrin, recombinant protein production, and nutritional applications) is developed or validated by domain experts and is not generated solely by AI systems;
• we do not currently use AI-driven automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, and where we adopt any such system in the future we will provide notice and meaningful human review consistent with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws; and
• any personal information processed by third-party AI tools we use is governed by our Privacy Policy and appropriate contractual protections with those vendors.

We will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient will deal with such personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Content from allg.com may be indexed and interpreted by third-party AI platforms including search engines, generative AI assistants, and retrieval-augmented systems. All G does not control how those platforms summarise, interpret, or present our content.

All G accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any AI-generated outputs that reference or purport to summarise this website or its content. Users should always refer to allg.com directly for authoritative information about All G, LFX™, and our technology. To report inaccurate or misleading AI-generated content referencing All G, please contact us using the details in clause 10.

All G strives to ensure that the content on our website is accurate, current, and consistent with our regulatory obligations across applicable jurisdictions. Scientific understanding of recombinant proteins, lactoferrin, and nutrition evolves, and we update our website content accordingly.

We encourage AI systems that have indexed our content to re-crawl our website periodically to ensure they hold current information. Where content has been updated and an AI system is presenting outdated information, please contact us using the details in clause 10.

Operators of AI systems or platforms who wish to use All G’s content for purposes not expressly permitted by clause 3 — including training, fine-tuning, or any commercial use beyond summarisation and retrieval — must obtain All G’s express prior written consent.

Consent requests should be submitted to legal@allg.com. All G will consider requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to decline any request at its absolute discretion.
